Position Overview
MyFlight Tours is seeking a dependable and motivated Helicopter Flight Line Crew Member to help ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for every passenger. This role plays an important part in daily flight operations by supporting passenger coordination, ground handling, and safety procedures. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail oriented, and confident working in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, professional welcome to passengers and assist with the check in and boarding process
Deliver clear and thorough pre flight safety briefings to passengers
Safely guide passengers to and from the helicopter while maintaining order and awareness on the flight line
Verify reservations and confirm passengers are assigned to the correct flight and tour package
Fuel helicopters and assist with general ground support duties as needed
Communicate effectively with pilots and fellow team members to support efficient operations and on time departures
Prepare the location for daily operations, including opening the office, setting up signage, and maintaining a clean and organized environment
Help create a positive and professional guest experience at every stage of the flight process
Qualifications and Skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently with passengers and team members
Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
Comfortable working around helicopters and following all safety procedures carefully
A proactive mindset with the ability to problem solve and take initiative
Previous experience in aviation, tourism, or customer service is a plus, but not required
Additional Requirements
Must be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
Must be able to lift and carry light equipment as needed
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
