Your role is an integral part of our team, as you will be the primary inside contact for a select group of our customers.
Your Objectives
- Deliver an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
- Process orders quickly and with accuracy.
- Proactively communicate status to customers throughout the order cycle.
- Collaborate daily with sales and operations teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.

The Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred but not required
- 5 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- PC proficiency, including advanced capabilities in Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Experience running customized reports to gather and synthesize data
- Ability to balance working independently and influence others to achieve improved outcomes
- Advanced communication skills to read, analyze, and interpret data and write business correspondence in a professional manner
