Job Overview:
Under general direction from the Production Supervisor, Production WorkerI is responsible forworking as part of the blow molding productionteamto ensure products are manufactured based on specifications. This role assembles plastic products safely and efficiently to produce high quality products, adhering to set standards and company policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive parts from machinery and complete assembly duties on all finished products throughout the production environment
Rotate through all general assembly tasks requiredin the blow molding process, ensuring product meets the minimumproduct quality standards
Examineall parts and products to verify conformance to quality standards, including visual inspection
Report any non-conforming product to Production Lead or Supervisor
Participate in sort andrework of non-conformance product as necessary
Perform basic testing and packaging on spouts and other components
Maintain a clean and organized working environmentfollowing our 5S standards, and ensure safety throughout the plant
Perform other duties as required
Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities
Must be very safety-conscious with a record of Hazard Identification and Risk Control
Must be able to read and communicate verbally
Must have strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and excellent time management skills
Proven interpersonal skills and team-oriented, with the ability to work in a diverse workplace
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalentrequired
6 to 12 months manufacturing experience
