Inventory Control Clerk

Job Purpose: Perform all daily procedures for receiving, inspecting, filing, and releasing purchased items for production jobs

Duties:

1. Receive incoming material and stock in inventory per documented specifications

2. Pull stock items per the Bill of Materials (BOM), issue materials to production jobs

3. Properly package materials for shipments, secondary operations, or vendor returns including required shipping documentation, and schedule shipment.

4. Monitor inventory levels, condition of inventory, and perform cycle counts as required.

5. Maintain Tool Logs and distribution.

6. Perform data entry into Syteline system of all transactions related to above functions.

7. Maintain quality and safety at all times.

8. Performs other duties as required.

High School or equivalent.

Organizational ability.

Technical knowledge helpful.

Tow motor, crane, and truck operation
