Role Description The Physician will practice according their specialty expertise, experience, and interests. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing physical exams, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing care plans, and coordinating follow-up care. The Physician will participate in patient education, contribute to practice improvement initiatives, and uphold evidence-based clinical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Myers Clinic in Rolla, MO.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution and completion of an accredited residency in any specialty
• Current, unrestricted license (or eligibility for licensure) to practice medicine in the state of Missouri
• Excellent bedside manner with communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term patient relationships and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered, community-focused practice model.
• Ability to manage a steady patient volume, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and use the electronic health record (Athena) effectively
• Willingness to engage in quality improvement, participate in practice initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing growth of a community clinic
