Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment.
The regular position hours are listed below:
Tuesday 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Thursday 3:00pm - 9:00pm
Friday 3:00pm - 9:00pm
EVERY OTHER Saturday 9:30am-1:30pm
(plus, additional shift coverage as needed)
Additional Shift coverage would include morning and afternoon.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule and manage appointments effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient files.
- Determine insurance eligibility and benefits
- Take and process patient payments.
- Assist patients with questions.
- Perform general office duties.
- Light cleaning
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to problem solve
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 22 per week
