Automotive Sales Consultant – Ford Spring Hill
Ford Spring Hill is looking for motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team!

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience who are ready to learn the automotive business.
Qualifications:What You'll Do
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships with customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles and explain features and technology
- Conduct test drives with prospective customers
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership CRM
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base through prospecting, referrals, and follow-up
- Stay knowledgeable about current Ford products, available inventory, incentives, and promotions
- Work closely with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to ensure a smooth purchasing experience
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Maintain professional communication and appearance
What We're Looking For
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working with customers in person, over the phone, by text, and through email
- Ability to learn vehicle features, technology, and sales processes
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
