SBC Lakeland is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive BDC, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while helping drive dealership sales and service opportunities.
Qualifications:Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, texts, and internet leads
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to maximize appointment show rates
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience at every interaction
Qualifications
- Previous automotive BDC experience required
- Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience working with CRM systems
