Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments
- Handle vehicle billing and related documentation
- Reconcile schedules and accounting records
- Assist with general accounting office duties
- Maintain accurate and organized records
- Support office and dealership management as needed
Qualifications
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
- Experience with Accounts Payable and billing required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and teamwork skills
