My-Way Transportation is looking for a positive, team-oriented Service Writer to help keep our shop operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll coordinate service needs, support our technicians and drivers, and help ensure repairs and billing are handled accurately and efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help schedule needed repairs and service work
- Generate purchase orders
- Handle shop billing
- Maintain accurate service records
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word
- Communicate with drivers, technicians, vendors, and management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
PAY & SCHEDULE
Starting at $20/hour
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
