Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Manual, Quality System Procedures, Operator Work Instructions, and laboratory activities. The role involves ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements, reviewing QA/QC test results for adherence to specifications, and supporting the Corrective Action Program. Additional duties include preparing monthly reports on inspection and audit performance, supporting production leads and operators, and supervising and coaching the quality team.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively
