What You’ll Do
- Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies to various job sites quickly and safely.
- Assist carpenters and other team members by floating between jobs to provide support wherever it’s needed most.
- Help keep job sites organized and materials correctly placed to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management to coordinate deliveries and work assignments.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment to ensure they are clean, fueled, and ready for the day.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a positive, helpful attitude on all job sites.
- Reliable with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Comfortable driving company vehicles and navigating between multiple job locations.
- Physical ability to lift and carry materials and supplies as needed.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and assist with various tasks around remodeling projects.
- Previous experience in construction or remodeling helpful but not required.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting a hardworking team.
