Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks involved in remodeling kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and laundry rooms with high precision and quality.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, drywall, and other materials to create cabinetry, framing, shelving, and custom pieces.
- Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and clients to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Inspect and repair doors, windows, flooring, and other structures to maintain safety and aesthetic standards.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently while adhering to company safety guidelines.
- Provide expert advice on material selection, design improvements, and project feasibility to clients and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency during all phases of construction.
- Proven experience as a carpenter, specifically in remodeling and small handyman projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in carpentry and construction work.
