Part-Time Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support smooth hotel operations.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Handle night audit responsibilities as needed, including balancing accounts and preparing reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure clear communication with guests both in person and via phone
• Assist with administrative tasks related to front desk operations and guest services

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk roles preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle night audit duties if required, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy
• Hospitality background with experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
