We are a locally owned Property Management Company in Cleveland, OH seeking a dedicated Grounds/Make Ready Technician. If you are detail-oriented and take pride in maintaining beautiful properties, we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of multiple residential properties located primarily near Downtown Cleveland, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for all. Also responsible for turning apartments and preparing them for move in including painting, drywall repair, and cleaning. Light Maintenance and Painting Experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain the grounds of our properties daily.
- Maintain the exterior and interior of buildings, ensuring they are always inviting, clean, and well-kept.
- Complete weekly landscaping duties including plant maintenance, flower bed upkeep, and mowing.
- Manage snow removal for sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots.
- Maintain overall property appearances and conduct building repairs.
- Complete maintenance work orders as assigned daily.
- Assist with moving furniture, painting, drywall repair, and preparing apartments for new residents.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in property maintenance or similar roles preferred.
- Prior paint and drywall experience preferred.
- Prior Landscaping experience preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background screening.
- On-call emergency maintenance required.
