Position Summary:

Maintenance professional responsible for performing a versatile of repairs and upkeep tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and minor repairs, while ensuring the overall functionality and appearance of the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

General Repairs:

Perform minor repairs to plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, doors, windows, and flooring.

Maintenance Tasks:

Change Light bulbs, furniture assembly and relocating, mounting of a variety of items on walls and around the facility. touchup painting of walls and floors. Cleaning duties help with loading carboard into recycling Baler. Maintaining the outside loading dock and smoking area for cleanliness.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry.

· Must have own tools and ability to safely use a variety of hand tools and power tools when needed.

· Problem – Solving: Diagnose issues, assess repair needs, and find effective solutions.

· Valid Driver’s License

· Optional licensing or certification in specific trades.

· Prior experience working as a handyman or related field.

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Must be able to read and write English.

· Clearly communicate with the management team with project details and needs.

· Computer Skills: Helpful but not required.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various positions.
