We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic Facility Maintenance Technician/Handyman to join our incredible team! What You’ll Do:
Hands-On Repairs: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to drywall repairs, A/C, and painting. No two days will be the same!
Facility Upkeep: Ensure our facilities are safe, clean, and functional. You'll be the go-to person for any maintenance requests, big or small.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our team and operations.
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment and facilities to prevent issues before they arise.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to understand their needs and provide exceptional support, contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Documentation: Keep track of maintenance records and reports to help us continuously improve our facilities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in facility maintenance, handyman work, or a related field. This includes commercial aspects.
- Skills: Proficiency in a range of maintenance tasks, including electrical, A/C, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Problem-Solver: A can-do attitude with the ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet. Must be able to work and tackle problems on your own.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor—you're the face of maintenance!
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Cleanliness: Must keep company maintenance truck clean and organized after every shift.
- Excellent Mobility: Have the stamina and mobility to withstand the daily repetitive physical demands of every task assigned. Including but not limited to climbing ladders, carrying large heavy items, and excessive heat during the harsh summer months.
- Must have basic hand tools.

Pay is between $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience and employment evaluation.
