My Little Sunflower Academy is a licensed home-based daycare providing a safe, loving, and structured environment inspired by the Montessori method. We are looking for a dedicated childcare professional with leadership skills to support daily operations and help maintain a high standard of care.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting daily daycare operations
- Providing hands-on care and supervision
- Assisting with age-appropriate, Montessori-inspired activities
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and organized environment
- Communicating professionally with families
- Supporting and guiding other staff when needed
Requirements:
- Previous daycare or childcare experience
- Leadership mindset and strong work ethic
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Reliable, nurturing, and professional attitude
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay & Benefits:
- $18–$21 per hour, based on experience
- Paid holidays (daycare closed)
- Two weeks of vacation (1 paid, 1 unpaid)
