Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, demonstrates strong communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative and caring environment. This role involves creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom experience for toddlers.
Qualifications (One of the following):
- At least 90 college credits in Early Childhood Education or a related field or currently enrolled in a Department-approved study plan, and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children OR
- A High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of experience in early childhood education
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for toddlers
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Maintain clear communication with families and staff
- Ensure the safety and supervision of children at all times
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Complete documentation, assessments, and progress reports as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Bilingual a plus
