Job Overview
Looking for a motivated Industrial Cleaner to keep our place tidy, safe, and running smoothly. You'll be doing all sorts of cleaning and maintenance tasks to make sure everything's top-notch, from floors to restrooms. It's a chance to make a difference in a well-organized environment and learn some cool facilities maintenance skills.
Responsibilities
- Large commercial office space: 25 offices, 4 multi-stall bathrooms, 4 shop bathrooms, 2 conference rooms, 1 cafeteria, 2 kitchenettes
- Hand vacuum & hand mop all floors
- Interior windows
- Dust vents
- Dust windowsills
- Empty all garbage
- 2 stairwells
- Sanitize and wipe all cleared surfaces
- Two (2) days per week
- Evening/night schedule - start at 4:30pm
- MUST provide references to be considered
Experience
- Ability to take direction
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Experience cleaning office and common areas
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
- Ability to safely use cleaning supplies and equipment
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow schedules
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
