Job Summary
We’re looking for a dependable Ground Hand to assist in the underground installation of fiber optic lines by working around various equipment and tools such as directional drills, excavators, hydro-vacs, vibratory plows, shovels, and rakes.
This will consist of many different responsibilities such as preparing conduit, occasional digging with shovels or post hole diggers, pulling fiber, locating utility lines, and changing tooling on drill heads as well as cleaning up job sites after completion. Must be able to pass drug tests and background check.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to stay until the job is complete
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow direction
- Experience with excavators or construction equipment is a plus (not required)
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL A preferred (not required)
Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Must be able to work up to 50 hours per week
- Must be able to work in all-weather conditions and work outside
