Position: Residential Sales

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

What You Will Do

• Meet homeowners in neighborhoods affected by storms, identify roof damage, and schedule inspections.

• Lead clear and empathetic conversations that simplify the insurance process and help

homeowners make confident decisions.

• Plan daily routes, manage your own schedule, and maximize your time in front of people.

• Capture accurate notes and photos so operations can begin cleanly and finish on schedule.

• Coordinate with estimators and project managers to confirm scope, materials, and timelines.

• Stay active and visible in the community, representing Sacred Ground with professionalism and pride.

Must Have Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and educate

• Resilience and consistent activity in fieldwork and face to face outreach

• Quick learning and adaptability with products, systems, and insurance basics

• Organized use of digital tools or a CRM to record notes and next steps

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the Tulsa area

• Availability when homeowners are available, including selected evenings or Saturdays during active seasons

• Legal authorization to work in the United States


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential roofing, restoration, construction, or insurance

• Background in field sales, canvassing, or community outreach

• Familiarity with policy terminology, claim documentation, or storm response logistics

• Proven success in consultative, trust based sales

• Local knowledge of Tulsa neighborhoods or community relationships

Schedule and Logistics

• Field based position covering the Tulsa metro area

• Work hours align with homeowner availability and storm conditions

• Standard weekdays with occasional evenings or Saturdays during peak periods


Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary plus commission with uncapped earnings
