What You’ll Do
As our Family Practice Provider you’ll be the guide. Meeting, assessing and diagnosing patients in the health center, as well as prescribing patients with appropriate medication, health regimens and lifestyle adjustments that will contribute to their recovery, prevent future health issues and promote a healthier lifestyle.
We keep caseloads manageable with 12-15 patients a day and no double bookings, you’ll have the time you need to focus on each individual as a person rather than a number.

Responsibilities:
- Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care to patients
- Provide health services such as initial worker’s comp evaluation, occupational and pre-employment physicals and screenings
- Conduct histories and physical examinations, working with patients to develop treatment plans
- Prescribe and dispense medications, educate, and advise on medical issues as needed
- Serve as a supervising physician of mid-level practitioners, with specific duties detailed in a collaborative practice agreement
- Promote wellness educational programs
- Maintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care information
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Graduate of an accredited APRN program approved by the Florida Board of Nursing
- 2 years of clinical experience as an APRN, preferably in primary or urgent care setting\Occupational Medicine
- Current and unrestricted medical license (Florida)
- Dispensing license (Florida) or willing to obtain one by the time hire
- DEA license
- BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
- Autonomous APRN designation required
- Occupational Medicine experience required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in primary or urgent care setting
- Perform GYN care and well women exams
