- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Consistent availability across weekdays and weekends required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active on your feet for extended periods
- Lead and assist engaging, age-appropriate children’s fitness and movement classes
- Create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for children and parents
- Maintain safety standards and supervise all participants
- Support children’s physical, social, and emotional development through play and movement
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain excellent class quality and flow
- Communicate professionally with families and team members
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth programming and scheduling
