Our curriculum grows with children and features a wide variety of activities designed to promote coordination, agility, flexibility, motor skills, and social skills. Whether it’s a toddler in a parent-participation class wiggling through a warm-up, or a school-aged Ninja kid conquering our Warped Wall, the FUN never stops!

- Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the center, including staff training and effective communication with parents
- Family Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with families, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to boost enrollment and retain current families
- Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff at all times
- Childcare Experience: Proven experience working with young children in an organized play setting
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership or management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Team-Oriented: Strong willingness to collaborate and contribute as a dedicated team player
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with staff, parents, and guests
- Physical Capability: Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Endurance: Capacity to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) while fulfilling job
