We are hiring a Garage Floor Installer to join a fast-growing, high-performance installation team. This role is hands-on, physically demanding, and focused on 1-day installs with high standards for speed, quality, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform 1-day garage floor coating installations
- Prep concrete surfaces (grinding, patching, cleaning)
- Install coating systems according to company standards
- Mask, protect, and clean customer property
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Load, unload, and care for tools and materials
- Communicate issues or delays to crew lead promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and jobsite protocols
Schedule & Work Conditions
- Typical schedule: Monday–Friday
- Saturday work required on a rotating or as-needed basis
- Schedule may change due to weather conditions
- Work is performed in garages and exterior-adjacent spaces
- Standing, bending, lifting, and physical labor required
Non-Negotiable Requirements (Must Have)
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to work efficiently in a 1-day install environment
- Comfortable with last-minute schedule changes due to weather
- Coachable attitude and ability to follow systems
- Respect for customer homes and property
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on feet 8–10 hours/day
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Construction, concrete, flooring, or coatings experience
- Experience working on production crews
- Trades, military, or athletic background
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience
