Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and involves preparing surfaces and installing premium floor coating systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. No prior epoxy experience is required—we provide training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces using grinding and repair techniques
- Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic floor coating systems
- Install decorative flake and quartz finishes
- Ensure proper curing and finishing of floors
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Load and unload materials and equipment daily
- Follow company processes and quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction, concrete, flooring, or coatings preferred (but not required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs, kneeling, standing, bending for long periods)
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Smyrna TN
- Ability to safely operate a 16 foot box truck
- Ability to work early mornings and occasional weekends as needed
