What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO position at My Fit Foods?
Junior Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO
Location: Houston, Texas
Pay: $60,000–$80,000 per year
Job type: Full-time
Schedule: Approximately 45–50 hours per week
Travel: Out-of-market travel up to one week per month, plus regular travel to My Fit Foods locations throughout Houston
The Opportunity
My Fit Foods is looking for a sharp, business-minded Junior Executive and Personal Assistant to support our Founder and CEO, Mario Mendias.
You will work closely with Mario while partnering with his Executive Assistant, Mallory, to keep business priorities, personal responsibilities, travel, projects, and communication moving forward.
This is not a traditional administrative position. You must be highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable supporting a fast-moving CEO with high standards. You will need thick skin, the ability to receive direct feedback, and the confidence to provide honest feedback in return.
Mario does not want someone who simply agrees with everything. He values independent thinking, sound judgment, and people who are willing to speak up, share their perspective, and respectfully push back when necessary.
Some responsibilities will be business-critical; others may involve appointments, purchases, vehicle servicing, errands, or household logistics. The right person will approach both with the same urgency, discretion, and professionalism.
