General Manager | San Antonio New Store Opening | Build People. Change Lives.

San Antonio, TX | $90,000–$120,000 Base Profit Sharing

Path to $300K total earning potential as responsibilities grow

In-Store Leadership | Must Be Local to San Antonio | Travel Required for Training

We’re opening a new My Fit Foods location in San Antonio, and we’re looking for a proven General Manager to build the team, establish the culture, and lead the store from its earliest days. You love developing people, live a nutrition and fitness-focused lifestyle, and believe the best leaders belong on the floor with their teams.

You’ve built strong teams. You’ve developed people into leaders. You know how to create a culture where people want to show up, grow, and perform at a high level.

Now you have the opportunity to bring that leadership to a new store—and help introduce more of San Antonio to a company built around changing lives.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t manage from the sidelines. You’re in it with your team—coaching, supporting, setting the standard, and stepping in when your people or customers need you. You connect easily with people, ask great questions, and build genuine relationships. You know how to develop people, including those who need coaching, direction, accountability, and belief from their leader.

A new store opening excites you. You understand that a successful launch starts before the doors open: hiring the right people, preparing your team, building community relationships, and creating clear expectations from day one.

You bring structure, follow through on commitments, and stay steady when plans change.

Nutrition and fitness are a meaningful part of your life. You believe in what we do because you live it yourself, and you’re passionate about helping others reach their goals.

We can teach you the My Fit Foods model.

What we can’t teach is how much you care about people, culture, and helping others grow.

If that sounds like you, we want to talk.

THE OPPORTUNITY

My Fit Foods is growing, and we’re looking for a proven General Manager to lead our new San Antonio location.

We’ve spent years building an operating model that works. The systems, infrastructure, and playbook are already here. You’ll bring that model to life in a new store through your leadership, your team, and your connection to the community.

You’ll learn My Fit Foods from the ground up and partner with leadership to prepare for opening. That means helping build and develop your team, establishing operating standards, supporting launch readiness, and building relationships in the local fitness and wellness community.

Once the doors open, you’ll own the customer experience, team development, KPIs, and overall performance of your location.

The goal goes beyond a strong opening day. You’ll build a store that earns repeat customers, develops future leaders, and delivers consistent results.

Successful General Managers have the opportunity to move into Multi-Unit Operator roles and take on greater leadership responsibility across the company.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build people, drive performance, and grow with us.

ABOUT MY FIT FOODS

My Fit Foods is a performance-driven nutrition company built to help people change their lives through nutrition and fitness.

We prepare fresh, ready-to-eat meals that make healthy eating simple and effective. But our stores are about more than meals.

Our teams get to know our customers, understand their goals, build real relationships, and help them stay connected to the best version of themselves.

We’re an established business built to scale:

  • More than 2.5 million meals donated to people in need.
  • Named to the Inc. 5000 in 2023 as one of America’s fastest-growing companies.
  • Deeply connected to the fitness community through partnerships with gyms and wellness leaders across the country.

The infrastructure is built. The model works.

Now we’re building the leaders who can take it further.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your biggest responsibility is simple:

Build and lead a great team—and set the standard for our new San Antonio store.

Before opening, you’ll:

  • Partner with leadership on the hiring, training, and preparation needed for a successful launch.
  • Help hire great people and prepare them to deliver the My Fit Foods experience.
  • Establish clear expectations, team routines, and accountability before the doors open.
  • Build relationships with local gyms, fitness professionals, and community partners.
  • Support opening readiness across staffing, inventory, operations, and customer experience.

As the store opens and grows, you’ll:

  • Build a culture where people are coached, challenged, supported, and developed.
  • Develop team members into future leaders.
  • Coach consistently and work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team.
  • Build genuine relationships with customers, understand their goals, and teach your team to do the same.
  • Turn first-time visitors into loyal customers through a consistent, personal experience.
  • Own your store’s performance and execute against your KPIs.
  • Keep operations tight across inventory, payroll, cleanliness, and compliance.
  • Maintain momentum through local marketing and community outreach.

We provide the systems, infrastructure, and playbook. You bring the leadership that makes it work.

HOW WE DEVELOP OUR GENERAL MANAGERS

Great leaders should understand the work they’re asking their teams to do.

That’s why every My Fit Foods General Manager learns the business from the ground up. You’ll work alongside the team, understand their roles, learn what great looks like, and build the credibility to coach it.

You’re paid your full base salary from day one.

Phase 1 — Learn the Business | Approximately 6–8 Weeks

Work alongside an established team across customer experience, operations, and marketing. Travel for training will help you learn the model firsthand and bring those standards back to San Antonio.

Phase 2 — Learn the Leadership Model | Approximately 2–3 Months Total

Learn the KPIs, responsibilities, and expectations across our Customer Experience Manager, Marketing Manager, and General Manager roles. Partner with leadership to apply that training to your team’s preparation and the new store launch.

Phase 3 — Lead the Store | Approximately 6–18 Months

Take ownership of the San Antonio location. Lead through opening and into consistent daily execution. Build the team, develop leaders, protect the culture, and grow performance.

Phase 4 — Grow With Us

Demonstrate that you can consistently build people, culture, and performance, and you’ll have the opportunity to move into multi-unit leadership overseeing roughly five locations.

Your development and launch responsibilities will be coordinated with the store’s opening timeline. Your progression can move faster based on the experience you bring and the results you produce.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

$90,000–$120,000 base salary monthly profit sharing.

The better your store performs, the greater your upside.

Strong operators at My Fit Foods have a path toward $300K total earning potential as they take on greater responsibility.

You’ll also receive:

  • Eligibility for Unit Appreciation Rights after three years of tenure.
  • Structured leadership development and a proven operating playbook.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Employee discounts on meals and supplements.
  • 8 days of PTO to start, with the opportunity to earn an additional 12 days based on performance.
  • Significant career opportunity as My Fit Foods expands into new markets.

You’ll join a company that believes deeply in coaching people, developing leaders, changing lives, and growing together.

Build the team. Set the culture. Help San Antonio change lives.
