What you’ll do:
- Conduct FBAs and assessments
- Develop behavior treatment plans
- Provide supervision for ABA teams
- Train staff and caregivers
- Guide clinical decision-making
- Collaborate with parents, schools, and partners
- Monitor progress and adjust programs as needed
