Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Loveland, CO | 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
About Us
My Family Roofer is a locally owned, fast-growing roofing company built on integrity, reliability, and family values. We’re looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Loveland office and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Position Details
This is a part-time, in-office position (5 hours per day). The role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and making sure the details are handled right the first time.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Pull building permits through city and county portals
- Submit and organize project paperwork
- Maintain and renew business licenses and insurance documentation
- Support day-to-day administrative and clerical needs
- Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients and partners
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online portals
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple small tasks
- Prior administrative experience is helpful, but not required
Hours & Pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Location: On-site in Loveland, Colorado
- Compensation: $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience
