Duties
- Manage office responsibilities,
- Operate phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking
- Craft and manage Marketing efforts with social media, email and text marketing.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure organizational clarity
- Coordinate calendar management for staff, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders with precision
- Assist with office management duties such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files
- Provide excellent customer service support via phone, email, or in person to clients and internal teams
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
- Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in computer literacy including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong typing skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately
- Experience handling multi-tasks systems and demonstrating professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs and enhance communication within the team
