Python Programmer AI, ML & LLM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Python AI Programmer** to develop back-end services, AI-assisted workflows, data processing scripts, integrations, and intelligent features that support the company’s products and internal systems.

This role is ideal for a strong Python developer with hands-on experience working with AI APIs, model outputs, structured data, automation tools, databases, and business logic. The Python AI Programmer will help create reliable, scalable, and practical AI-enabled functionality that improves products, workflows, and internal operations.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable building back-end services, writing clean Python code, integrating with AI platforms, developing prompt workflows, processing structured and unstructured data, testing AI outputs, debugging issues, and collaborating with team members to turn business needs into working software.

## Key Responsibilities

* Develop, test, and maintain Python-based backend services, scripts, tools, and automation workflows.

* Build AI-assisted workflows that support company products, internal systems, and business operations.

* Integrate with AI APIs, model outputs, structured data sources, databases, and third-party platforms.

* Develop data processing scripts for cleaning, transforming, extracting, and organizing information.

* Create logic for intelligent features such as job matching, candidate evaluation, scoring, recommendations, classification, and structured data extraction.

* Design and improve prompt workflows, structured outputs, validation logic, and fallback handling.

* Build and maintain API integrations, web-hooks, database connections, and cloud-based services.

* Test AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, usefulness, and reliability.

* Debug issues across Python code, API responses, database interactions, model behavior, and automation workflows.

* Work with databases to store, retrieve, update, and analyze application data.

* Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.

* Document code, processes, workflows, prompts, integrations, and system behavior.

* Improve internal tools, automation processes, and AI-enabled features over time.

## Required Qualifications

* Strong Python programming experience.

* Experience developing backend services, scripts, automation tools, or API-driven applications.

* Hands-on experience working with AI APIs, model outputs, prompt workflows, or AI-assisted features.

* Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, structured data, and database-driven applications.

* Understanding of data processing, business logic, automation workflows, and backend system design.

* Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented Python code.

* Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.

* Comfortable working with databases and cloud-based tools or services.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical team members.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, structured AI outputs, embeddings, or retrieval workflows.

* Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML services, or similar AI platforms.

* Experience with machine learning concepts, scoring logic, recommendation systems, classification, or candidate/job matching.

* Experience with SQL databases, data pipelines, cloud services, background jobs, or production monitoring.

* Experience with frameworks or tools such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar technologies.

* Experience building internal automation tools, workflow integrations, or AI-powered decision-support systems.

## Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a practical, hands-on Python developer who understands how to build useful AI-enabled software. This person should be comfortable working with APIs, databases, automation tools, model outputs, and structured data to create dependable systems that solve real business problems.

This role does not require a pure research background, but it does require strong programming ability, curiosity about AI tools, attention to detail, and the ability to test and improve AI-driven functionality over time.
