Role Description
The Medical Outbound Scheduling Specialist at MY DR NOW will play a key role in supporting the scheduling needs of our patients and medical providers. This full-time on-site position, located in Chandler, AZ, involves outbound communications with patients to schedule medical appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely care delivery. The Specialist will engage with patients and team members in a professional, empathetic manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency in scheduling processes. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to enhance the patient experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 DOE BI-WEEKLY BONUSES
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00pm)
Qualifications
- Experience in outbound appointment scheduling, patient coordination, or treatment planning
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients and medical providers
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage scheduling tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in an on-site team environment at the Chandler, AZ office
- Previous experience in healthcare settings is beneficial
- Proficiency with scheduling software or medical systems is a plus
