Startup Dental practice in the Vineland, New Jersey area seeking a full-time receptionist/front desk position.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be friendly, outgoing, and motivated
- Be team-oriented and have a positive attitude
- Have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Have prior experience in a customer service role and/or dental office
- Be fluent in Spanish (preferred)
Duties include:
- Greeting patients
- Answering telephone calls
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Records management
- Accepting payments
- Patient check in/check out
- Providing a great overall customer service experience to new and existing patients
This position is paid hourly and offers significant room for advancement and growth within our startup.
