Dental Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a professional and friendly Experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team. If you have a passion for customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Managing appointment scheduling and handling patient inquiries efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with administrative tasks.
• Communicating effectively with patients in both English and Ukrainian to ensure their needs are met.
• Collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care.

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive patient experience.
• Familiarity with dental office procedures or software is a plus but not required.
