My Clean Windows is seeking a Lead Window Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and thrives in an outdoor and physically active environment.
Pay & Benefits
- $20 – $35 per hour
- Bonus commissions for service agreements and add-ons

Responsibilities
- Communicate with office manager and clients
- Lead job sites and ensure high-quality work
- Identify and offer add-on services and service agreements
- Collect payments when required
- Maintain equipment and company vehicle
Requirements
- Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding role
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous window cleaning experience
- Experience working at heights
- Rappelling experience!
About the Role
This position includes a mix of:
- Traditional window cleaning (ladder work)
- Water-fed pole systems
- High-rise repelling work (up to 8 stories) for qualified technicians
