What are the responsibilities and job description for the Window Cleaning Technician position at Leave It Lovely?
Window Cleaning Technician
No experience needed. Paid training. Real earning potential.
If you're looking for a job that actually pays well and gets you outside — this is worth 2 minutes of your time.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll clean windows for residential and commercial customers using our equipment and systems (we train you on everything). You'll drive to job sites, work by yourself, and take care of customers who are genuinely happy to see you.
It's physical, it's active, and the days go fast.
What You Can Earn
Our technicians typically earn $18–$25/hr. What you make scales with how hard you work and how well you treat customers — there's real upside here for people who show up and care.

Why People Stick Around
We've grown every year since 2020, and we promote from within. A lot of our Senior Cleaners and Team Leads started exactly where you'd be starting. If you want more responsibility over time, there's a path for that.
