- Resolve customer inquiries and complex issues with accuracy and empathy

- Maintain compliance with company and industry regulations
- Protect customer privacy and uphold data security standards
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information
