About the Role
My Annapolis Office is seeking a polished, outgoing, and marketing-minded professional to serve as the first impression of our growing coworking community — while also helping expand our digital presence and local brand awareness.
This is not just a traditional front desk role. As our Front Desk Receptionist, you are the face of My Annapolis Office and play a key role in marketing, social media engagement, and member communications.

This role requires wearing many hats. You must be detail-oriented while also able to anticipate member needs before they even reach the desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a welcoming, professional presence
- Answer incoming calls
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform move-in and move-out functions for members
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared spaces
- Input and maintain accurate data across software platforms
- Work alongside the General Manager to foster connections between members
Social Media & Marketing
This role also acts as the digital voice of My Annapolis Office.
- Manage our social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging content, including photos, short videos, and captions
- Capture content during on-site member events
- Assist with email marketing campaigns (MailChimp)
- Help design event flyers and promotional materials (Canva experience a plus)
We are looking for someone who understands that community building happens both in person and online.
What’s Required
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, marketing, or community management
- Social media knowledge (text, image, and short-form video content)
- Comfortable with content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Comfortable learning new software platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence
Candidates with hospitality backgrounds with marketing or content creation experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
