MXI Partners are searching for a Project Manager for a leading design/build contractor specializing in data center construction.
Our client is leading various projects for hyperscalers and colo providers nationwide. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their teams and spearhead industry growth nationwide.
What you'll do:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned workstreams, from initial planning through to final documentation and handover
- Interpret technical documentation to define scope, stakeholder requirements, and resource needs across all stages
- Evaluate execution strategies and identify potential challenges to improve delivery efficiency and reduce risk
- Engage and coordinate external partners for services, materials, and equipment as required
- Develop detailed cost assessments and compile proposals across a range of project complexities
- Establish and manage timelines to ensure key milestones are achieved
- Support processes related to scope adjustments and requirement changes
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of operational and procedural documentation
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain progress and alignment
- Provide oversight and guidance to on-site personnel or delivery teams
- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout execution
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders

What they look for:
- 4 years of project management experience, overseeing design/build scopes for mission critical developments
- 2 years of data center construction experience, focussing on MEP and/or electrical system integration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
