Position OverviewMX Development Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive Project and Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day execution across the firm. This hybrid role requires someone who can operate effectively in both in-person and virtual settings.
This position is ideal for someone who can keep projects organized while also supporting the internal operations that allow the company to move efficiently. The Project and Operations Coordinator will help manage schedules, track deliverables, maintain internal organization, support leadership, and drive follow-through across multiple active initiatives.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems independently, communicates clearly, and brings structure to a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling across leadership, team members, and active projects
- Track tasks, deadlines, action items, and deliverables to support execution across the firm
- Drive follow-through by sending reminders, coordinating next steps, and maintaining accountability across internal and external teams
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and project teams
- Assist with preparing, formatting, organizing, and maintaining project documents, including proposals, contracts, reports, and internal materials
- Maintain organized digital filing systems, records, and shared project information
- Support internal workflows and reinforce company systems and standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with consultants, partners, vendors, and stakeholders as needed
- Assist with general office operations and day-to-day business support tasks
- Provide light coordination support for social media and content updates
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow through with limited supervision
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with project or task management platforms such as Monday.com is a plus
- Prior experience in administrative support, operations, project coordination, or a similar role is preferred
- Interest in real estate development, community-focused projects, or business operations is a plus
- Someone who takes initiative and does not need to be chased
- Highly reliable, accountable, and consistent
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Able to create structure, keep teams organized, and maintain momentum
- Strong judgment in managing details, communication, and follow-through

- Salary range: $48,000 to $60,000, depending on experience
