Due to continued success, we are in need of a Project Coordinator to join our team!
Duties include:
- Schedule and Dispatch Jobs
- Handle change requests made by the customer and relay the information to the appropriate individuals in the field
- Verify contracts and ensure all required permits are in place
- Assist with getting needed materials to customer locations
- Work as a liaison between the field and office to resolve any issues as they arise
- Utilize software to track work progress/status
- Answer routed calls from contractors, employees and customers in a professional manner
