Job Description
MWCustoms is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping, Receiving & Customer Support Specialist.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position that combines shipping, receiving, quality control, and basic customer support responsibilities.
We specialize in custom-painted headlights, taillights, tow mirrors, and other premium automotive accessories. Our products are shipped to customers nationwide and require careful handling, detailed inspections, cleaning, and protective packaging.
We process a high volume of incoming and outgoing shipments, including large and heavy boxes. We're looking for someone who can keep up with a busy production environment, stay organized, and work efficiently without sacrificing quality.
This position also involves answering incoming customer phone calls, collecting information, and creating support tickets for our customer service team.
This is NOT a desk job. The majority of the workday involves physically working in our shipping and receiving department.
We're Looking for Someone Who Takes Pride in Their Work
At MWCustoms, we're passionate about the automotive industry and the products we build. We're looking for someone who shares that same mindset.
We don't want someone who sees this as just another job. We want someone who enjoys being around custom trucks, automotive parts, and high-quality builds. Someone who understands that the products they're inspecting, cleaning, and packaging are going on a customer's pride and joy.
Every product that leaves our facility represents our company and the reputation we've spent over 13 years building.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in trucks, cars, or the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Takes pride in their work and cares about the finished product.
- Understands that attention to detail matters, even when things get busy.
- Treats every customer's order as if it were going on their own vehicle.
- Isn't afraid to speak up when something doesn't meet our quality standards.
- Wants to be part of a team that builds products people are genuinely excited to receive.
- Is looking for a long-term opportunity with a company they can be proud to represent.
You don't need to be an automotive expert, but we want someone who is excited about what we do and takes ownership of the quality of their work.

- Verify that all products, accessories, and components are included in each customer order.
- Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Maintain an organized shipping area while processing a high volume of daily shipments.
- Identify and report quality concerns before products are shipped.
- Work efficiently to meet daily shipping goals without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

- Receive incoming deliveries and shipments throughout the day.
- Unload, move, and organize large boxes and automotive components.
- Open and unpack incoming shipments.
- Inspect received items for damage, missing components, or incorrect products.

- Maintain a calm, professional attitude when speaking with customers, including those who may be frustrated.
Important: This position does NOT require resolving complicated customer service issues, processing refunds, or making decisions regarding customer orders.
The primary responsibility is to answer incoming calls, collect accurate information, and create support tickets so the appropriate team member can follow up.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Must be able to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 75 lbs., with assistance or lifting equipment when appropriate.
- Must be comfortable handling large, bulky, and awkwardly shaped boxes.
