Our client, a highly respected global law firm, is seeking a Business Restructuring & Insolvency Attorney with 4–6 years of experience to join their nationally recognized practice group. About the RoleYou will work with a market-leading restructuring and insolvency team that handles some of the most significant bankruptcy and corporate distress matters in the country. The group represents clients in complex corporate restructurings, distressed transactions, and high-stakes bankruptcy litigation.
What You'll Do-
Advise on complex bankruptcy matters, both in-court and out-of-court

Work on financial restructurings, distressed debt investments, and distressed M&A transactions

Draft and negotiate sophisticated restructuring documents

Take on increasing responsibility and leadership within client matters

Collaborate with a highly experienced team recognized by Chambers, Legal 500, Law360, and other major publications

4–6 years of law firm experience in business restructuring and insolvency
-
Strong background in bankruptcy transactions and litigation
-
Excellent writing, analytical, and academic credentials
-
Strong work ethic and an action-oriented mindset

Licensed to practice in the state, or eligible to waive in
