This is a compelling opportunity to work on complex domestic and cross-border restructuring matters, distressed financings, and special situations transactions within a sophisticated and fast-paced practice. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing 3–7 years of substantive experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, and/or special situations finance transactions Familiarity with Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and liability management transactions Experience representing creditors, debtors, sponsors, or financial institutions in distressed scenarios Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills Large law firm experience preferred Key Responsibilities Represent clients in complex restructuring and insolvency matters, both in-court and out-of-court Advise creditors, debtors, and investors in distressed and special situations financings Draft and negotiate credit agreements, restructuring support agreements, and related transaction documents Support liability management transactions, recapitalizations, and distressed M&A opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, corporate, and litigation attorneys Why Join Us?
