We advise on multi-line insurance and financial solutions, from Farm & Agribusiness, to commercial personal insurances such as home, auto, boat, and life insurance & retirement planning with a personalized, concierge approach for every client. About the Role
We're looking for a highly detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join our small, collaborative team — someone who is dependable and genuinely loves helping people. As a boutique agency, everyone works closely together across all aspects of operations, so your contribution will be visible and valued from day one. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail to every client interaction, document, and follow-up. You'll manage client inquiries, process documentation with precision, and help support agency growth through cross-selling and retention — all while delivering an outstanding client experience. This is a fast-paced role that rewards strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
- Determine client needs and expectations, and deliver timely, accurate resolutions
- Answer phone and email inquiries promptly, with clear and precise communication
- Produce certificates of insurance and other evidence-of-insurance documents for clients, mortgagees, and interested parties
- Document all client interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM and Agency Management System (AMS)
- Identify opportunities to pivot clients to additional lines of business and secure appointments for agents/sales associates
- Record and report information to Claims, following up diligently to ensure client satisfaction
- Multitask effectively across complex inquiries without letting details slip
- Take on other duties as assigned, maintaining high standards of accuracy
Once licensed, your role will grow to include:
- Quoting and processing new business submissions
- Underwriting and securing quality business for the agency
- Following up on "action needed" items from the Underwriting team
- Reviewing renewals and preparing proposals for the Agent's Professional Insurance Reviews
- Prospecting for new business opportunities
- Measuring agency sales results against goals
- Coordinating and scheduling team meetings

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
