We’re looking for someone who’s organized, dependable, positive, and great with people to join our South Portland team as a Healthcare Scheduling Coordinator / Client Service Representative. We know great coordinators keep everything running smoothly and we value the people who make that happen.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating schedules for caregivers and clients
• Answering calls and helping clients, staff, and healthcare partners
• Solving scheduling issues and helping keep operations running smoothly
• Supporting daily office tasks and team operations
• Creating positive experiences for clients and employees
• Keeping communication clear, professional, and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, scheduling, staffing, customer service, or office administration
• Previous medical scheduling experience is a plus
