Job Description:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan details across compensation systems
- Assist in Ad-hoc analysis and track key performance metrics monthly.
- Ensure controls are performed for accurate payout of commissions
- Collaborate with payroll to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees
- Assist with the timely and precise resolution of commission questions/disputes from field employees
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and updates to systems, processes, and analytics reporting
- Maintain compensation-related data models, dashboards, and reporting to monitor performance and identify trends.
- Support audits, data validation, and ongoing process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams on the configuration and testing of compensation systems and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in compensation, finance, sales operations, or another analytical role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Must be highly proficient with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan, and SQL.
- Familiarity with compensation structures or sales performance metrics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and social skills are required.
- Ability to create and maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
