Job Description:
oin the Border Tire team!!! Border Tire is hiring a Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for training, joint solicitation with the sales force, setting goals, monitoring results for volume and profit margin, and holding team members to these goals.

A successful Business Development Manager can excel by:

• Communicating with the store manager regarding any action that needs to be taken with the store service, administrative, or warehouse staff.
• Partnering with Regional Sales Teams to develop goals and implement strategies, while adhering to the purchasing strategies of the company. Ensure milestones and goals are met.
• Maintaining constant communication with the management team to provide results on a set schedule.
• Driving continued growth of the account base and maintaining relationships that foster growth.
• Meeting with management to build action plans which ensure goals are met.
• Facilitating dealer training opportunities and delivering strong presentation skills.
• Conducting ongoing reviews of existing accounts to prospect them and evaluate their demands and usages.
• Managing and growing assigned territory to drive new revenue which includes partnering with vendors to promote brands, educating sales representatives and customers, communicating promotions, and optimizing opportunities to drive revenue results.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications

• Prior Commercial Tire Sales experience is preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License to maintain insurability standards and be comfortable driving company vehicle for business purposes only.
• Ability to travel within the United States. Frequent visits to sites/customers within territory are required to succeed in this role.
• Proven account management skills required for lead generation, as well as maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, remaining professional in appearance and behavior at all times, and fostering a safe environment.
• Ability to read and communicate in English (must), and Spanish (preferred).
• Solid advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.

Wage Range: 80000.00 - 110000.00 per year
